Kylian Mbappe Sacrifices Lucrative Sum in Potential Free Transfer Move from PSG
Kylian Mbappe might leave Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) soon. He hasn’t extended his contract, which ends this season. There’s a chance he might join Real Madrid. He talked about it after PSG’s win, saying he’s focused on this year, but he hasn’t decided yet. Mbappe made a deal with the PSG chairman this summer, so whatever he decides, it’s okay.
Reportedly, Mbappe agreed to give up a lot of money, around 80 million, if he leaves PSG for free. He already waived part of his loyalty bonus. If he stays at PSG, he gets the full amount.
Premier League clubs like Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City are interested. Liverpool seems to be a strong candidate. Real Madrid might counter any attempt to sign Mbappe.
Real Madrid currently lacks a permanent senior center forward after Benzema left. They have Joselu on loan, but most goals come from Jude Bellingham.
